[Tig] United Nations of Telecine, table version 20020706

Today I wrestled with the voluminous data from Germany, France,
Uruguay et al. to reach version 20020706 of the United Nations
of Telecine.

I'm backlogged with details for the US, Spain, South America, and
a few other details; waiting as well to get information from
Cintel, which is going to balloon this list significantly.
Corrections welcomed.

If you reply to this message, please trim the quoted material down,
the archives/diskspace/bandwidth will be much better served.

NOTES:

Any telecine to be counted should be in operation, which
generally means that it is in active use.

When I receive facility data it is included and the nonspecific total
for that city or country drops by one, to keep the overall totals correct.
Example: France's "29" are those that are not included in the specifics
immediately following.

Where a source is not given, that person prefers to remain anonymous.

Not sure about the "noncommercial" and "broadcast" headings from
Australia, these should be folded into the total, there should be
no distinction.
