So I missed that as well!

There is of course the multiformat gate for the older
Cintel machines such as Diamond/Gold... Would it be
better to transfer on those and then digitise
afterwards?

I did see the Edifis and forgot that as well!

BTW, if anyone is out there who has transitioned from
Pogle/daVinci environment to Q Color, could they
contact me, (John Galvin I know)

I think that Blackmagic also has Windoze versions of its cards now.

Courtyard Electronics has a product called SoftClock which generates leader
clocks as either PC software or an Avid plug-in, but I am not sure if you
could hack that to be higher resolution than standard def.
