Ah, But there is a difference between a negative cutter, and negative
assembly. Normally, a negative cutter finds the various pieces of film in a
given roll, and someone else (usually several someones) cuts it together
with film cement. Sorry to disappoint you Sam, most negative cutters don't
get to sniff - at least film cement.
