I don't know of anything in a color corrector, but there is a product 
called Mokey that does similar object tracking (and object removal). 
It's primarily used for visual effects work. 2D3 (the Boujou people) 
have been working on a similar product called Pixel Dust for quite some 
time, but to my knowledge have not released it yet.
