[Tig] XYZ colorspace/workflows

Standard TIFF does not support XYZ colorspace.  Is there some 
indication (a tag?) that these TIFF files are XYZ files, or do they 
pretend to be RGB files?

Where can I obtain a sample of one of these TIFF files without needing 
to purchase the DCI Mini-Movie?
