Hi Peter, yes, the server went down, and the archives are being
reconstructed
and in fact other than some anomalies for July, do include all the
archives back to
1994.  They're just not indexed yet.   but all the paths are the
same, so the various
web search engines can find them.  they're hit about twice a minute.

why not subscribe to the digest Peter?  seems like it would fulfill
your needs.
