[Tig] 2k all-in-one chart (Chrome du Monde or BKSTS)

someone put up on the wiki, in its former incarnation, a frame of a
chart that included
a multistep grayscale, color chips, resolution angles, and aspect
ratios.  I think it may
have been from bksts, or from the french company possibly misspelled
in the subject of
this post, in conjunction with bksts.

Does anyone have a copy of this, or was it in any case a copyright
infringement in the first
place?   we had it for a month or two on the wiki, and I'm in need
of something quite
similar at the moment, in 2k.
