I would concur with John Hinchcliffe on this one -I'm assuming lots of
things but the pec power supply sounds most likely. Unfortunately the movie
wont work so I'm completely guessing (and I presume its not stray light and
the scans, burn correction etc are clean?)
Any other symptoms? Look at/measure supply rails generally, both as you
power up and then after the fault appears.

Hi All!
We've been getting some flickering horizontal bands on the output of our
URSA Gold.
I've linked to a quicktime movie that shows what I'm talking about.
This was a component video recording of a parked 16mm frame.
It doesn't appear on the test signal, but does appear on RGB picture
out,
And is on each channel.
When I first power up it doesn't seem to be there, but as the machine
warms up, it quickly comes back.
The room temperature is about 68 to 70 farenheit.

It's about 1.8 megabytes, only a few seconds.
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!
