Hi Steven

It is posible can you send the jpg image file (
picture will talk 1000 times more than words!) so that
came to know very easy for finding out your problem.

May be it is problem from RGB 2407 board but not
sure.

The room temp're must be maintain at bellow 23 degree
centigrate.

If any fans bellow or upside of Video & Scan Racks
failed, this problem will have chance to appear.

It is appearing in the 24 & 25 frames?

If your GOLD machine does equiped with "jumpfree"
with "Slow speed" then only you're able to run in 16
frames and lowest speeds unless frames will appears
like scrolling.

 Let me know your findings.

 See you...
