[Tig] Flickering noise on an Ursa

I can't say that I have seen this before, but if I were you, I would be looking
for any noise / hum on the power supply rails, particularly those powering
the front end of the machine (PECs etc).

Another little gotcha is flourescent tubes causing hum, although I've only
seen this in the blue channel before.

By asking the TIG, you have tapped in to some of the best telecine minds
in the world so I think you will get plenty of good feedback.
