[Tig] Flickering noise on an Ursa

Hi all--
Thanks to all your suggestions and Jerry Ramsey's phone help I've
narrowed it down, definitely not the scan on the CRT; found noisy power
on the 12v leads on all three of the PEC Amp boards, so I think it's on
the 556 board. Which now that I've got it out appears to have been
repaired before, I see a couple of suspect components already.

I'll keep you all posted, and thanks so much for all your suggestions
and help!

PS-- If anyone knows of anyone who lives in the greater Phoenix/Tucson
area who might have experience with Ursa's etc, please let me know. So
far as I've been able to determine we're the only ones in the state
running an Ursa, or any high end telecine for that matter.
