[Tig] buckets 3 and 4, passwords

we have already message buckets for BRRE and DISPLAY.  it was
suggested by Steve Shaw
that we take 2 of the remaining 3 and make them TELECINE and DI.

I'm not sure that these are specific enough, or that people will
make use of them in a
specific way, because they seem to overlap considerably.

For example, the most recent message about LUTs would cover TELECINE
and DI.  of course one could put both in the Subject: header and
that would enable the bucket option feature,  but i kind of doubt
people will remember to do that.  It remains to be seen if
this bucket feature will be very useful.

To review the bucket idea as revealed in previous messages, you can
filter out or filter in
(the default for all subscribers is to receive all messages)
messages which have these terms in the Subject: header.  One must
visit one's user options page by going to
http://tig.colorist.org/listinfo/tig , enter your subscribed email
address at the bottom,
and then click on "unsubscribe or edit options."    You will then be
prompted for your password, which if you've forgotten you can have
mailed by using the option at the bottom
if you don't have it.  (which a lot of us won't have because of the
new installation).  You
must get your subscribed email address correct when you first enter
it, for help just ask me.
Passwords are mailed at the beginning of the month, but since all
passwords have changed, and the beginning of the month is still a
week or so away, I'll have the passwords
mailed out to all subscribers now.   You can disable password
reminders in your own user
options configuration, you can elect to get only the digest, and a
lot of other things..
