Thanks for your comprehensive explanation regarding what you do at 
Duplicorp regarding cases and setup.

Your description of what can happen to a DVD in a case got me out of my 
chair to go try some things with cases I'm currently using.

I suspect that's true for a lot of retailers here in the US.  While I'm 
in California, Stil Design is a Canadian company.

Its new archival jewel case is made from polyproplyene and holds the 
disk in mid air, noticeably away from the top or bottom of the case.   
I was just trying to get a DVD to pop off the center mechanism and 
couldn't after much tugging and flexing.  Took a good push on the 
release button to get it to release.

*no connection to Stil Design. Just a user of its products.
