RUMORS from unsubstantiated (anonymous) addresses are not supported
by the TIG.  this goes against all the rules of a proper mailinglist
and USENET.

Identify yourself please, and your "Rumor" may be taken seriously.
Otherwise it's just a rumor and has a questionable place on this
professional list.  In fact, I would say prove it.

Your return address of John Doe is not an acceptable address for the
tig.  Anomymous posts are highly controversial and can be allowed
only when of benefit to all involved.
