[Tig] old archives available

the original years of the tig from the early 90's are available at
http://www.colorist.org/archives/public/oldtig-mhonarc/

they will be reindexed and included in a local search engine
shortly.   the filenames are
currently the same as always, so the various web-wide search engines
will be able to find
them.
