[Tig] LUTs for Video File Codecs - ICC profiles

glenn,

when you change the monitor's ICC profile and nothing happens, is'nt it
simply a signal that colour mangament is not working at all in your 
applications? 

I dont expect from a word processor to play movies smoothly. 
Do you expect from non colour management aware applications to celebrate 
colour management?
