There is no such thing as 'PAL HD'
Both 'NTSC' and 'PAL' refer to the encoding methods employed to make
composite video out of component. It so happens that PAL composite video is
a 25 frame, 50 field standard, and that NTSC is a 29.97 frame, 59.94 field
That is where the resemblance ends.
