I know of nothing exactly like this, but I believe UCLA has offered in the
past a color-correction class in Los Angeles.

Also, you can take classes on operating the daVinci 2K and the Pogle
Platinum (or at least the newer Evolution system), as well as systems like
Autodesk's Lustre.  You can get info on training programs from the
manufacturers:

Note that just knowing how to use the color-correctors won't make you a
colorist.  It's a start, but you also have to have a working knowledge of
laboratory work and photography, along with video systems, signal flow,
computer operating systems, and so on.

More than anything, you need to know how to deal with creative people; I'd
say some classes in psychology (or bartending) would probably help, too.
