Developers often have a very different perspective. They often have just one 
chance to sell out and make some real money on the deal. And it may not even 
be up to them if they have investors or VC, like Nothing Real (Shake) did. 
Small companies are most likely the source of innovative products, but generally 
suck at distribution, and the inverse is also true. It's an old story, and it's 
not going to change.
