I use OG on my company's client area.  Each project is given a group and
then I and the client(s) involved in that project can access the group page.

IMHO, Drupal's own "wiki" functions are not as good as MediaWiki.  You could
try this module for wiki functionality (I've never used it but it looks
interesting):
