[Tig] policy change

any colorist or engineer or person seeking employment in our area of  
expertise
is WELCOME to post a message to the group outlining their expertise  
and needs.

please take advantage of this, it is a permanent policy change.  Wiki  
classifieds remain
the main ongoing place for this, but any classifieds can be posted to  
the main group.

the one caveat is that if you're selling something, a contribution to  
the TIG is in order.
