Rob sometimes you lose me.
Jim Mann is a freelancer working out of NYC. I have returned from 18 months
of working in Europe, during which time I helped expand my client's film
development/film/tape/data and DI business to it's greatest sales year ever.
I am a specialist with the daVinci 2k+, as for many years I served as a 2K
Instructor. My 2K/DI solution in Europe was the Nucoda Film Master, along
with Cinespace CMS (with some additional teaks). I am familiar with Unix,
Linux and Windows. I'm great with the Aaton Keylink and am currently
learning the Evertz over again, after a long period of not touching one.
Most recently I have completed feature dailies for "The Education of Charlie
Banks" DP Alex Nepomniaschy, where we worked together utilizing Yuri
Neyman's Gamma & Density chart to accurately re-produce the Negative in SD.
Also just finished a spot for "Toyota" in lovely San Juan.
In Europe I completed the features:
Svetozar Ristovski's "Mirage" (2005)
Angelina Maccarone's "Fremde Haut" ("Alien Skin") (2005)
