[Tig] need info on color space

Rec.601 and Rec.709 are indeed different. Rec.709 Luma is computed
differently and the color gammut is a bit larger. Unfortunately, it
is not uncommon to see Rec.709 signals feeding Rec.601 displays, or
vice-versa.
