[Tig] Viper HDStream LUT for Pogle

Does anyone have a LUT for a Pixi to linearise and normalise the
pictures from a Thomson Viper running in 4:2:2 HDStream mode? I've seen
LUTs which linearise the three channels, but don't take out the green
cast.

Not had to play with LUTs at all before, so any advice or comment
gratefully received! I presume the LUT goes on the input Mega-Gamma?
