by the way Dick, as I explained to Graham, his TIG post which he
thought I was holding, was hung up by the list mechanism that
verifies return addresses, and it cleared after I had already
replied, as he sent the message to me personally with copies to
the TIG. I explained this privately to Graham but thought I should
do so here as well, in case someone else wanted to know what happened.
