How about a three-minute "time exposure" if you will of the north sky  
on Jan. 16. 2007 using what I'd gather was a combination of X-band,  
infrared and other sensors.

Comet McNaught...  is the bright object at the end of the green line  
running from apx 219 degrees toward 010 degrees (lower left to upper  
right) on the scope.  The other streaks are stars in the sky.
