[Tig] emerg. address for tig

The emergency address for reaching me in case something TIG-wise isn't right, is
rob at calarts.edu .  This will be at the bottom of all TIG postings for the
future.. I am
usually the first person to know if there is a problem with the TIG, as I
monitor it
extensively, but at least I can get the message out to others via the
alternate address
if it's in your mailbox somewhere.  If the server is down for some reason and
a message
is sent to it asking if there's a problem, depending on what the problem is,
the message
won't be propagated until the machine comes back up, ergo this other address
to reach
the moderator who may have more information.
