[Tig] Baselight

Timothy -
We have 3 BaseLight systems and are about ready to install a fourth. We
auditioned just about every system out there 3 -4 years ago, and
FilmLight was the ONLY company that could deliver what they said they
would. Turned our 'wish list' around in 2 weeks!
Systematically operates on Linux and is very straight forward.
Operationally, again very straight forward. The layer approach is easy
to understand and allows for instant access of every process you have
created. Each system is self contained so if house system goes down we
are unaffected and keep hummin'. Technical support is terrific.
TrueLight color management is a good tool also. My only complaint is we
run 4k images most of the time so 50TB per system doesn't go very far!

Best!
Jan

Thanks to Sherwin Berger (RTI) for support in 2007. ====

Timothy, did you get any responses to this? Because there are
at least a few Baselight users on this list to whom I can direct
you.

regards
Rob
