What do you want to know?  Been using Baselight 8 and 4 for over a year now 
after coming off of Lustre for about 4 years. They both have their own 
unique advantages in how they plug into a facilities pipeline.  But IMO, 
most of the features are pretty similiar.  The differences are in how the 
box interfaces with the colorist - how intuitive is it to a colorist based 
on their past experience, how your working methods jive with the software 
design, etc.
