[Tig] B wind 1" ?

FYI: Ampex VPR-1, 1R, 2(A), and 2B all had oxide-out take-ups.
The VPR-6 and VPR-80 have oxide-in takeups, and the VPR-3 had a
transport block that could be plugged to use either form of takeup.
That made it able to rewind tails-out reels from any of the above VTRs.

Although we had some Bosch B-format 1", I cannot remember whether oxise
was in or out on supply or take-up. But I will never forget watching it
do vari-speed playback; I first thought the servos were crazy, but the
output picture looked better than 1".
