I would be remiss not pointing out the marked success (seperately and together) of both Company 3 and it's 'Rockstar Artist' Managing Director/former Owner Stefan Sonnefenfeld.
The goals of both the talent and the company are exactly the same (except for one day every 2 years or so, deal negotiation day)...to make each other look great, amass track record and attract work.
Every responsible artist should know that their career is a privelege, and that their business and artistic needs are best met by a healthy company with a good reputation. In addition to physical/technical features facility owners sell high-end proven talent on their unique strengths for obvious reasons, yes?
