It's a pretty easy card to work on - all discrete old-fashioned
electronics - and very easy to fault-find, especially as you've got
identical ones in the other two colour channels to compare it against!

Honestly, ten minute job at most for competent engineer,

Hello
I'm having problems with my Turbo telecine I have the Cintel rev B amps
and the 248 B variable gamma amp on the green channel is not working. 
I would like to upgrade this with DAV or DGS mod or just replace the
248B.
Anyone has a 248B that can sell ir to me or better yet a DAV or DGS mod.
