We had exacly similar experiences with the 37". We managed to get it sorted
out after a long while.

All I can say is that there was a lot of screaming from us, a lot of denials
and a threat to me personally with a lawsuit after threatening to
post pictures on this forum.

I’d like to know if someone out there, had some bad experience as we had
here With the lcd 37"monitor from FrontNiche/Vutrix.
We received the monitor at the beginning of this year, and testing it, we
saw some Strange picture. The LCD had a vertical division at the center of
display.

One half is brighter than the other half.
That is clearly seen when you feed a black signal in. We’ve sent it back to
the factory, and after a while (almost two months), they sent it back, And
the surprise was: the display is exactly the same!! Same problem!

And now, we’re trying to contact them, also by lawyer, and they didn’t
answer anything. 
So, this is our first purchase in twenty years, where the manufacturer
doesn’t take care Of the problem with their product. Just no answer.

And we can’t use their product. And also, the company in USA, doesn’t exist
anymore.

Only in UK. 

Someone had some experience like that?
