[Tig] request for old tig docs

A correspondent is asking if any of the following documents might be
available. Most of them were lost during a crash about 2 years ago and
weren't actively sought thereafter until now. I pointed the person to
the message list archives which do go almost all the way back to the
beginning, but some of these docs had illustrations which we could
reupload to the TIG wiki (anyone can do it) Some are circa 1996...
