[Tig] TIG WIKI update

To all,

I stumbled on some very good color space tutorials while doing some 
online research and thought it was perfect for the TIG WIKI. So I 
emailed the author and he said the documents are public. The author 
is Professor Gernot Hoffmann, from the Department of Mechanical 
Engineering, University of Applied Sciences in Emden, Germany. I 
posted links to his in depth papers on the TIG WIKI in the Reference 
Links section.
