[Tig] subtle rename?

Rob,

I think "Technology In Grading" or "Techniques In Grading" are 
both good names - so you could call it "TIG" or "TIG".  Both of 
those acronyms have good rooted recognition in the business so 
it would be an easy transition. ;-)
