[Tig] earthlink blocking independent ISPs

I do not really mind earthlink rules... it's also up to the ISP to manage their clients properly. At least here in Europe most of these ISPs do not care about blacklisting.... they only have a concern in case of an illegal porn site... but regarding the service for their clients, nada!

well you can try to talk to earthlink, as many independent ISPs have
done, and the TIG is doing, and in the meantime ask anyone whose email
is blocked to use another email service (like gmail) and enable
forwarding; also mention they'll have to use gmail to send mail.
I have no commercial connection with gmail, and none with earthlink.
Minspring.com also uses the earthlink rules, but though I'm not sure
of this, someone mentioned mindspring is owned by earthlink?
