Glenn has of course referred us to Wikipedia. Which covers many credit
descriptions. 

What I hope to cover is not just the descriptions but where the came
from.and why. Foley for example, Jack Foley.
I realize all this info exists on the web, but thought it would be
entertaining to get the guys on stage to really talk to an audience. 
May all come to nothing but worth a go I think.
