OT? New use for Ampex ACR-225 (wasRe: [Tig] bulbs for the home)

At DC Video here in Burbank, the winter is not as cold as Reno. However, on 
the cooler days, the 2" machine room, which consists of a couple of AVR-1's, a 
2K, AVR 2 and AVR 3 (plus others), provides enough heat, so that air 
circulated from that room to others warms the area nicely. The summer is another matter.

Regarding fluorescent light bulbs: Rob, do you remember when the City of 
Burbank was giving away free fluorescent bulbs to households a while back? Mine 
lasted for years. I've since replaced all lighting in our home from incandescent.
