[Tig] super 16 issue

Let´s be honest, I´ve seen many 35mm. that look much worse that some 
s16 footage, don´t you think that instead of rejecting super 16 based 
material it´s much better to do a QC of each project independently of 
the format the cinematographer chooses?? And also sometimes it´s the 
best format when you have to shoot in bad weather/temperature 
conditions where video cameras wouldn´t work or 35 cameras are simply 
to big or difficult to use??
