what I was thinking of I suppose was an updated version of VIRS/VITS
that would include a more sophisticated ambient sensor, with
communication back to the provider, with data for the corporations
and the government about the situation in the viewing environment.
I don't think any viewer wants to be labeled a potential te**orist,
and this data could go a long way toward providing the government and
its corporations with the reassurance of a docile viewing population,
thereby making everyone happy.
