[Tig] OT: amateur radio operators

I'm K6TGT, though I did not get started in ham radio actively until
relatively late.  These days I have become quite active and, among other
things, I am the sysop for the EmComm Winlink station (K6CYC) in Los
Angeles.  This came about some years ago when I was investigating Pactor3 as
a method for producing a very robust wireless video link for production
use...  I did start in radio quite young though as I got my First Class
Radio Telephone license with Radar Endorsement when I was 14.
