[Tig] archives search re-enabled

The TIG archives search engine was down for a while due to a bug,  
it's fixed now.  This ht://Dig engine is configured to search the  
entire TIG archives back to 1994, with fine-tuning and results- 
ratings available; the database is updated every night, LA time.   
There's a link to it now on the TIG wiki sidebar/navbar, along with  
all the other archive-listing pages.  For example, to search for the  
previous thread where we went over "possible names for people  
involved in telecine/grading" (which Bob Lovejoy just re-unearthed  
with a contribution) I searched for "names grading" and found the  
previous 'final word' on the subject from Bill Topazio at http:// 
tele.com/pipermail/tig/2007-June/011539.html .  Another example is a  
search for "thick faceplate" which returns pages and advice from the
