[Tig] Blast from the Past feature

A while back, Ted Langdell suggested we have a "10 years ago in the  
TIG" kind of thing where we could look back at interesting telecine  
history.  I was doing this by remailing old postings, but because of  
1) it messing up the archives to have a message re-posted and 2) I  
think this should be opt-in instead of an extra posting, this feature  
is moved now to the main TIG wiki page.   This week's featured Blast  
from the Past is Dave Corbitt in 1995 listing the burning issues of  
the moment, and is on the main TIG wiki page at
http://tig.colorist.org/wiki3/index.php/Main_Page
under Blast from the Past.
