Rob, you are the living museum of telecine!
Now, do you have an operation TK-28 and multiplexer too? Anyone have
pics of such a setup?

As probably the last shop running a Dubner in the US I have to inform
you all it is being changed out for a DaVinci 888 a end to a very
long run for this excellent little box! As for the functionality of
the machine it is surprisingly more 60's-70's Lotus like than ModelT.
You can copy and paste color settings from notch to notch and even
save your work (on 8" floppies !!) the Dubner provides primary
grading and does it really well very simple and easy to use.
We have 2 Cintel Suites with #1 being a highly modified Turbo with a
Copernicus 4X4 CC that is about the equivalent to a 888DUI as it has
secondaries, 6 vector and isolation plus windows. The Dubner was ;o
( on the second Cintel and we had been using it mostly for Reversal
ad Print work for which it was simple and fine.
Anybody know the years these machines were built?
