[Tig] OT-Audio levels for theatrical use from digital post

I'm no expert in this area, but I was the post supervisor on a
theatrical trailer and when we mixed it at a reputable audio house in
LA the mixer kept referring to a specific audio number that was the
peak "legal" limit. It was not a db level on his mixer but a separate
numerical display (possibly a Dolby device). It's been about 5 years
so I can't recall perfectly, but it seemed like he had to keep the
level under "84" or something like that. Once again, I think there is
a standard, but I'm not sure what the actual number is or what the
reference is from.
