Trailers per se need to adhere to a peak volume standard that is
weighted for "annoyance" (were that this were a general standard!)
called LEq which administered by an organization called TASA. This
was established to avoid the problem of theatre managers pulling down
overall program playback levels in response to patron complaints
about overly-annoying theatrical trailer volume.

The peak annoyance standard happens to also be 85 "LEq" as measured
by the Dolby 737.

Features are not measured by this standard.
