And as far as doing secondary HSL corrections inside a shape, or  
"vignette"... it is a different approach taken and you'll have to  
revise the thought process from the daVinci model.  The AppleCOLOR  
secondary HSL modifiers are NOT kilovectors. What I find interesting  
about the eyedropper qualification is that it leads into a bridged  
state between HSL qualifications / geometric isolation and offers far  
more than hue and saturation control -- actually gives you back  
primary control, inside what was, in another system, conceptualized  
as a "kilovector" eligible area.  In a way, it is how EDWin should  
have worked.
