[Tig] FC Color query

What will be interesting is how the next generation of colorists will
evolve in a career. A lot of them will come from
a 'Color' FCP background and will be more conversant with the
technology as they migrate to
'Professional' tools.
Much the same as in the audio field, access to this technology is
much easier, They 'get it' a lot quicker.
This will be interesting as to how more competitive this will become.
Will it drive down salary's?
I think the telecine assistant as apprentice/future colorist is
disappearing. A lot don't even handle
film anymore. (Although the ones that do will be I hope more valued
in the future)
Kids these days, don't know their born. Sheesh!
