[Tig] need some help

Hi everybody,

"What we need to do is colour correction (colour grading), processing
through Leonadro&Archangel for good TV version quality."

This is from a telecine client and I could not understand what this means.
Could somebody explain me this " processing through Leonardo&Archangel"
thing?
